Booking Window
- Reservations can be made up to 60 days prior to the check-in date.
Maximum Stay Duration
- A single booking may not exceed 60 days of continuous stay.
Booking Deposit
- A ₹3,000 deposit per room is required at the time of booking.
- The final charges will be calculated at the Atithi Gruha during check-in/check-out.
- Any remaining balance after adjustment will be refunded at the premises.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations are permitted up to one day prior to the check-in date.
- A cancellation fee of ₹1,000 per room will be deducted.
Convenience Fee
- A 2.45% convenience fee charged during online payment is non-refundable under all circumstances.
Refund Processing
- Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 working days from the date of cancellation.
Room Allocation
- Room availability is strictly on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Specific room allocation will be determined only at the time of check-in.
Dormitory Bookings
- Dormitory accommodations are not available for online booking.

- All guests must provide a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in.
